Any violation of the above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all related balances and wins, and possible legal action.

You may close your DDWin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and any applicable wagering requirements are met.

DDWin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

If your account is closed at your own request and there are no fraud-related issues, any valid account balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
